This biography workshop invites you to take the courage to know more about yourself, looking through the lens of your childhood and the developmental milestones from birth to age twenty-eight. Drawing on the gems of experiences of your personal life story, we will create social artistic exercises that foster conversation and sharing that can lead to strengthening your forces and celebrate finding balance.
