Lisa has an Honours Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Education from Niagara University. She completed Foundations Studies while teaching at the Aurora Waldorf School. She has a Waldorf High School teaching certificate from the Centre for Anthroposophy.
Over twenty years ago, Lisa left the world of software engineering to become an educator. For the last 12 years she has been involved in Waldorf education. She was a class teacher at the Aurora Waldorf School and then a middle school and high school mathematics teacher at the Emerson and Green Meadow Waldorf Schools.
Lisa has three children, all of whom have attended Waldorf Schools. She currently lives in the Niagara region with her husband and two of their three children. When she is not working with the High School Group at the Halton Waldorf School, Lisa enjoys being outdoors, knitting and of course eurythmy!
